Indication:
• Placental choriocarcinoma
• Mammary and ovarian adenocarcinomas: adjuvant therapy or after relapse
• Carcinomas of the upper respiratory and gastrointestinal tract.
• Carcinoma of the bladder
• Small cell lung cancer
• Acute lymphoblastic leukemia: maintenance treatment Mainly at high dose:
• Acute lymphoblastic leukemia in children (consolidation treatment and prophylaxis of central nervous system lesions)
• Non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma
• Osteosarcoma.
