Indication:
Low output syndromes, of the following aetiology among others:
- low output during or after heart surgery,
- toxico-infectious shock conditions after vascular filling and after verification of myocardial function,
- immediately threatening myocardial infarction in low output condition,
- serious pulmonary embolism,
- non-obstructive valvulopathies and cardiomyopathies in acute decompensation phase,
- modification of the preload associated with high levels of PEEP (positive end-expiratory pressure).
- Used in cardiovascular functional exploration, when the exercise tolerance test cannot be performed or is insufficient
